Danish cauliflower is a summer classic. When eaten raw the taste is like nuts, and sweeter when steamed or fried.
Cauliflower can be used in countless ways and also distinguishes itself by very easily being the primary ingredient in a salad or a hot dish such as gratin or soup. In this way, cauliflower is also an obvious alternative to meat. Cauliflower can also be used as pizza bases, if you want to implement more vegetables into your diet.
Growing cauliflower requires the right soil conditions, and the sizes of the heads depend a lot on the weather conditions. The taste of Danish cauliflower, however, is always top notch.
